Answer : All of our services (except domain name, SSL certificate, License Services and Server services) that you purchase through ARC Hosting have a 100% refund payment guarantee within 7 days without question. Since domain name registrations are automatically made by ICANN and METU, there is no refund.

Question 2 : What are the warranty conditions?

Answer : Warranty conditions and legal obligations are described in detail in the user agreement.

Question 3: What are your cancellation conditions?

Answer : For the cancellation of the services you receive through ARC Hosting, you can log in to the system with your username and password and send a request for the cancellation of your service from the My Products and Services section. No invoice will be generated for your account for the next month. For your server, VPS and VDS products, you must submit a cancellation request 7 days before the payment date.

Question 4 : What are the installation times (delivery)?

Answer : For payments made by credit card, transactions such as web hosting, ssl certificate, domain name registration are performed automatically instantly. Server, Co-location, vps and / or vds services are installed within 2 hours at the earliest and 24 hours at the latest. If you are making a bank transfer, writing your invoice number in the transfer section will speed up the process and reduce the installation time to the shortest possible time.
